MSS-MC Magnetic grate separator
With the help of MSS-MC grid separators, unwanted ferromagnetic particles can be easily removed from bulk materials. At the same time, expensive production technologies are protected from damage.
Design of the magnetic separator MSS-MS
The magnetic grid box consists of one or two grids (formed with magnetic cores in protective stainless steel tubes). In the case of a two-grid separator, the upper magnetic grate contains one magnetic tube less. Thus, the magnetic tubes of the first row cover the gap between the tubes of the next row. Thanks to this arrangement, the cleaned material falls through a dense sieve and the extremely strong field of neodymium magnets captures all magnetic particles on the surface of the protective tubes.
Connection possibilities
Depending on the client's needs, the separator can be supplied with different types of flanges (in diameters of 100, 150, 200, 250 and 300 mm as standard, but we can also adjust the flange type as well as the separator size to client's specific requirements).
Surface treatment:
- Sandblasted surface (Ra 1.6 µm)
- Polished interior (Ra 0.14 µm)
- Completely polished separator (Ra 0.14 µm)
