The extremely sensitive automatic QUICKTRON 05 A free-fall metal detector is universally applicable for bulk materials transported by gravity. Its high-speed reject flap very accurately separates even very small metal contaminants while minimizing good product losses. High sensitivity and easy integration into pipeline systems make it the most commonly used industrial gravity fed metal detector (very good detection results are achieved thanks to digital signal processing). Its robust frame construction guarantees a long working life as well as easy access to all components of this metal separator.

The detector sensitivity depends on many parameters, such as the inlet opening diameter (the smaller the aperture diameter, the higher the detector sensitivity), the material speed, product density, temperature, humidity, etc.
